Rising waters in front of the HCA Florida Lake Monroe Hospital forced the northern entrance to close to traffic.

Sanford Avenue in front of the Sanford Civic Center remains flooded. The St. Johns River has likely crested, however additional rainfall may keep waters levels near current heights.
