DeBary World War II veteran celebrates 103rd birthday with neighbors, community

A current and former neighbor of DeBary resident Irving Meyer organized a huge celebration for for the veteran’s 103rd birthday this past Sunday.

Retired Col. Roy Peters and an honor guard unit from DeBary VFW Post 8093 stopped by to salute the former Army Air Corps veteran.
