Altamonte woman arrested after animal remains found in backyard of home

Animals (above) from Tonya Grose’s home were surrendered to Seminole Co. Animal Services this week after investigtors found dead and malnourished animals. Grose (left), who lives on Ballard Street in Altamonte, is facing five counts of animal torture.
