Beginning this week, a new, free trolley service started in the Historic Goldsboro and Historic Georgetown neighborhoods.

The trolley is part of the Historic Downtown Sanford Connect Pilot Program.

During World War II my father was a warrant officer in the Army Air Corps; his assignment, chief engineer on a large air-sea rescue boat based in the Pacific. After the war, he was honorably discharged and separated from service at Camp Blanding.

The 2022 Harbor Freight Tools for Schools Prize for Teaching Excellence came to Central Florida to reward Lyman High School teacher David Moye for his outstanding efforts.
