Amended River Cross project denied by county commissioners

At a closed door meeting on Tuesday, Seminole County Commissioners rejected a settlement offer from the River Cross developers that would have put a reduced version of the project into the Rural Boundary in the county’s eastern area.

The land near Yankee Lake on State Road 46, which Seminole County purchased from the Seminole County School Board this week.
