NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN by the Mayor and City Commission of the City of Lake Mary, Florida, that said Commission will be holding Public Hearings to review a proposed rezoning of +/-0.61 acres of property located on the northeast corner of E. Wilbur Ave., and 2nd St., from C-1, General Commercial to DC, Downtown Centre (see location map below). The subject property is identified by Seminole County Parcel ID number: 08-20-30-5AL-2300-0190.
The meetings will take place as outlined below:
• First Reading: Thursday, May 5, 2022 at 7:00 pm
(or as soon as possible thereafter).
• Second Reading: Thursday, May 19, 2022 at 7:00 pm
