NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Florida Statutes §607-6-1407 that Articles of Dissolution of John Wimberly Enterprises, Inc., a Florida corporation, were filed in the office of the Secretary of State of Florida on the 23rd day of February, 2022, effective as of that same day, and that all creditors of and claimants against the company are required to present their respective claims immediately in writing to the person named below so that the company can proceed to collect its assets, convey and dispose of its properties, pay, satisfy and discharge its liabilities and obligations and do all other acts required to liquidate its business and affairs. Each claim should include the name and address of the claimant, the date on which the claim arose, the amount of the claim, and should include with it any supporting documentation which may substantiate the claim. Any claim against the company will be barred unless a proceeding to enforce the claim is commenced within four (4) years after the date of the second consecutive weekly publication of this notice.

NOTICE TO BIDDERS/INVITATION FOR BIDS
The Sanford Airport Authority, hereinafter called "Owner," hereby requests sealed bids for the “TAXIWAY B – DRAINAGE REPAIR” (Project), at the ORLANDO SANFORD INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT.
The project can be generally described as:
Demolition of existing drainage flumes, regrading, and construction of new drainage flumes adjacent to existing headwalls within the Navy Canal.
The time of completion for the project is anticipated to be 45 calendar days to achieve Substantial Completion.
Sealed bids will be received by the Sanford Airport Authority, 1200 Red Cleveland Boulevard, Sanford, Florida 32773, up to 2:00 pm, local time, March 24, 2022, at which time all bids received will be publicly opened the contents noted and read aloud.
On and after February 22, 2022, Bid Documents will be available electronically and may be obtained by contacting Roberta Stanton, Procurement Agent, Phone: 407-585-4020; Email: procurement@osaa.net (hard copies are not available). Bidders must be registered through OpenGov/ProcureNow on the Sanford Airport Authority’s online procurement webpage @ https://www.flysfb.com/procurement to be eligible to submit a Bid for the project. A complete examination and understanding of the drawings and specifications contained in the Bid Documents is necessary in order for the Bidder to properly submit a Bid. The Bid Documents also include a detailed set of Instructions to Bidders. All Bids shall be prepared in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The failure to comply with any requirement contained in the Bid Documents may result in the rejection of the Bid as non- responsive or a finding that the Bidder is not qualified for this Project.
A MANDATORY Pre-Bid Conference will be conducted at the Orlando Sanford International Airport, Rental Car Facility Vigilante Room, 2001 Red Cleveland Boulevard, Sanford, Florida 32773 on March 3, 2022 at 1:30 pm, local time. Please park in the Parking Garage or the Hourly Parking Lot. Parking for the Pre-Bid Conference will be validated in the meeting. Site Inspection will be conducted immediately following the Pre-Bid Conference. The Pre-Bid Conference is the primary opportunity that Bidders will have to address with the Owner questions about the Project, the Contract Documents, and the Owner’s security requirements.
A Bid Security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the sum of the Total Bid Price will be required for this Project. Exact Bid Guarantee period requirements are defined in the Instructions to Bidders.
The Sanford Airport Authority in accordance with the provisions of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (78 Sat. 252, 42 U.S.C. 2000d to 200d-4) and the Regulations, hereby notifies all bidders that if will affirmatively ensure that for any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, disadvantaged business enterprises and airport concession disadvantaged business enterprises will be afforded full and fair opportunity submit bids in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, or national origin in consideration for an award.
