On Thursday, March 4, 2021 the City of Sanford Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a Hearing to consider a proposed Order approving Rescission of the Seminole Properties Development of Regional Impact Development Order, for the approximately 214 acres of property generally located South of SR 46, North of SR 417, East of Interstate 4 and West of Towne Center Boulevard with a project address of 200 Towne Center Circle.
