APPEAL OF THE DENIAL OF A CERTIFICATE OF APPROPRIATENESS
Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing will be held in the Commission Chambers, City Hall, Sanford, Florida, at 7 PM on September 14, 2020, to consider an appeal of the denial by the Historic Preservation Board on June 17, 2020, of a Certificate of Appropriateness; for the construction of an attached pergola, said property being more particularly described as follows:
