The District Board of Trustees (“Board”) of Seminole State College of Florida (“College”) located at 100 Weldon Boulevard, Sanford, Florida 32773, in accordance with Florida Statute 287.055 is accepting sealed qualifications (“Statement of Qualifications”) in response to this Request for Qualifications (“RFQ”) for Progressive Design-Build Services for a new Workforce Building on the Altamonte Springs Campus from interested firms.
The College will award a contract for Progressive Design-Build services. The services are further described on the Scope of Work page of the RFQ. The size, scope and complexity of the project under this contract will be based upon specific requirements as determined by the College.
There will be a one-time, mandatory, pre-submittal meeting and walk-through with prospective individuals and/or Firms (collectively the “Firms”) representing their own businesses held on Monday February 19, 2024 at 10:00 a.m. EST.
