NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Public Hearing and Regular Board Meeting of the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of the Florida Resiliency and Energy District (“FRED”) will be held at 156 Tuskawilla Road, Suite 2340, Winter Springs FL 32708 on August 17, 2023, beginning at 1:00 P.M. (EST), or as soon thereafter as practicable. Written comments and emails received in advance of the meeting will be read aloud to the Board and the public and will be incorporated into the meeting minutes.
