It has come to the trust organization’s attention, upon reviewing all documentation from the consumer credit transaction (Mortgage Loan # 0033100306), the Federal Required “Recission Forms” in accordance with the regulations of the Bureau (Consumer Financial Protection Bureau) was not provided to the obligor(s). The obligor(s) did not receive full material disclosure forms to exercise their right to rescind their transaction until midnight of the third business day following the consummation of the transaction as stipulated in (Pub. Civ. Prac. & Rem. Code § 16.004(a)(4) (2022), a legal or equitable action founded on fraud and action to rescind a contract in Texas, for Breach of Contract; the trust seeks to provide an opportunity to cure (arbitration) as in equity for equity and remedy, to prevent further irreparable injury. This notice shall serve as a Notice of Rescission & Opportunity to Cure for lack of full material disclosure.
The trust, hereby gives notice to FREDDIE MAC that the obligor will provide claimant a draft or drafts with conspicuous statement in payment in full to satisfy the claim. All payments after the first applied payment shall serve as payment under duress, should the claim remain open and if the claimant (FREDDIE MAC), decides to assign the assured note, will be subject to legal action for breach of contract under the laws of the 1863 National Banking Act.
Furthermore, the trust demands that the claimant provide in writing, under penalty of perjury, whether the President, Chairman, or C.E.O., or any other representative, have or have not countersigned the “borrower’s” signature on the “insured note” upon receiving in escrow. Should the claimant, not respond in writing will serve as a default in any court of record. Please understand, this notice is not an attempt to defraud the claimant or avoid a debt but only to satisfy lawful due process.

The District Board of Trustees of Seminole State College of Florida located at 100 Weldon Boulevard, Sanford, Florida, in accordance with State Requirements for Educational Facilities 2014, Chapter 4, Section 4.1 (1), is accepting sealed Applications for Certification (“Applications") as a Prequalified Construction Contractor for construction projects in the new fiscal year – FY2023-2024.
Requests for applications are available through the College's solicitation portal BidNet at https://www.bidnetdirect.com/florida/seminolestatecollegeofflorida. Applications for Certification as a Prequalified Construction Contractors shall be digitally submitted in BidNet no later than 10:00 AM EST, July 31, 2023, to the College's BidNet site as shown above. After the closing time, Firms' applications will be opened for the sole purpose of recording the names of the Firms submitting their written application for review.
Within sixty (60) days of receiving applications, the Board will approve or reject the application for certification as a prequalified construction contractor. A contractor whose application has been rejected can request reconsideration in writing within ten (10) days after receiving notification of such action. The contractor can submit additional information at the time of the appeal.
Any application received after the specified time and date shall not be considered; additionally, any application submitted orally, telephonically, E-mailed, faxed, by US Postal Service, by express mail, or hand-delivered shall not be accepted. All applications must be digitally delivered to the specified URL address above by the specified deadline.

RELATING TO PLACID WOOD, PHASE 1, SUBDIVISION

TO PLACID LAKE DRIVE – POINT OF ENTRY TO APPEAL
On June 13, 2023, the Administrative Official of the City of Sanford (hereinafter the “City”), Eileen Hinson, AICP, Planning Director, acting under the authority of Section 3.1 of Article III of the City’s Land Development Regulations (LDRs), issued a Development Order relating to City owned real property which consists of the property south and west and north of the platted property known as the Placid Wood, Phase 1, subdivision, which subdivision plat is records at Plat Book 51, Pages 23 through 29 of the Public Records of Seminole County, Florida; which property owned by the City is assigned Tax Parcel Identification Numbers 02-20-30-300-0530-0000 and 02-20-30-300-0180-0000 by the Seminole County Property Appraiser (hereinafter the “City Property”).
The City Property abuts and which included Placid Lake Drive which is public right-of-way which has been dedicated to and accepted by the City. The proposed potential use of the City Property would be a residential use would which use would connect to the current residential use/development within which Placid Lake Drive was established and dedicated to the City as a public right-of-way which has been accepted by the City. The City wishes to establish the connection of the properties and the access rights to and through Lake Placid Drive the terminal point of Placid Lake Drive at West Airport Boulevard.
The Development Order provided for various findings of fact and conclusions of law and found, determined, concluded and adjudicated that the City shall be granted land use permits that provide for access for the City Property and connection to Placid Lake Drive as a means to connect to West Airport Boulevard said connection from the current point of the connection of the City Property to the property platted as the Placid Wood, Phase 1, subdivision from the commencement of Placid Lake Drive to the terminal point of Placid Lake Drive at West Airport Boulevard.
This Notice of the Development Order is being published in order to notify the public that the Development Order may be timely appealed by a person or entity having standing to do so in accordance with the provisions of Section 5.2. of the City’s LDRs relating to administrative appeals with the date of publication serving as a date of rendition of this Development Order for the purposes of filing such an appeal. The failure of a timely appeal being filed shall result in this Development Order being final and conclusive in all respects as a matter of law.

The Sanford Airport Authority, hereinafter called "Authority", hereby requests sealed bids for “AIRFIELD DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS” (Project), at the Orlando Sanford International Airport.
The project can be generally described as:
Removal and replacement of two 36” MES, one 60” MES, one 24” MES, and one 36” Dual MES as well as the reconstruction of an existing concrete weir and concrete headwall replacement with associated erosion control measures. All work is located within the AOA portion of the airport.
The Sanford Airport Authority is only accepting electronic sealed response submissions. Respondents shall create a FREE account with OpenGov by signing up at https://flysfb.com/procurement/solicitations/. Once you have completed account registration, browse back to the Project page, click on "Submit Response", and follow the instructions to submit the electronic response. Responses will be accepted up to 1:00 p.m., July 28, 2023, at which time all responses received will be publicly opened, the contents noted and read aloud. The Pre-Solicitation Conference is the primary opportunity that Respondents will have to address with the Authority questions about the solicitation.
