Evidence of my birth in the Territory of Pennsylvania declares I am a Pennsylvanian National distinguished from a United States Citizen. I further state that I am not a debtor subject to any section of the 14th Amendment of the United States Constitution. The Territory of Pennsylvania is not located in the United States; the United States is located in the District of Columbia as described in the Uniform Commercial Code 5 9-307(h). Further evidence, the Territory of Pennsylvania is separate from the United States is described in 1873 Pennsylvania, Constitution; "Each Senator and Representative, before taking his seat, shall take the following oath, or affirmation, to-wit: "l will support the Constitution of this State and of the United States, and on all questions and measures which may come before me, I will so conduct myself, as will, in my judgment, be most conducive to the interests and prosperity of this State."
It is a well-known fact to many that my ancestors, many of the indigenous tribes to the land that are not around anymore and those who are still here such as myself and family and those that look like me are not rooted in a narrative called the slave trade. But our ancestors were called the Moors, who are well known throughout the world. Some of the tribes are the Cherokee, Choctaw, Seminole, Creek, Chickasaw. After becoming aware of the decades and centuries of unjust treatment handed down to person after person no matter the race or color it is clear that it is time for me to take hold of my future by claiming my name of nobility and charting my own course. While not concerning myself with the name that was passed down because of a situation that occurred as recently as the early 1900s when people were forced into servitude, taking on names that were not theirs for the most part. It is time for me and my family to move on to claim our heritage.
