LEMMA, in his official capacity as SHERIFF OF SEMINOLE COUNTY, FLORIDA filed the above styled forfeiture action against the above described property, which was seized on July 27, 2019, from 2605 Grassy Point Drive, Lake Mary, Seminole County, Florida. An Order finding probable cause was issued by the Court on August 6, 2019. A copy of the aforementioned Complaint and Order are on file in the Office of the Clerk of the Courts for Seminole County, Florida, and are available for examination during regular business hours.

SEMINOLE COUNTY PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT, ENGINEERING DIVISION, 100 E 1ST Street, Sanford, FL 32771.  Permit # 86648-6.  The project is located in Seminole County, Section(s) 15,9,10,16 Township 21 South, Range 31 East.  The permit authorizes Modification of Permit No. IND-117-86648-4 for SR 426/CR 419 Widening Phase 2: From Pine Avenue to Avenue B, a 35.0 - acre project to be constructed and operated as per plans received by the District on May 7, 2020, as amended by Sheet No. 135 received by the District on July 23, 2020.The receiving water bodies are Sweetwater Creek, Bear Creek, and Lake Jesup.

Notice is hereby given that the SAA Economic Development Advisory Committee Meeting will be held on Tuesday September 15, 2020 at 1:30 p.m., at the Sanford Airport Authority Vigilante room, 2001 Red Cleveland Boulevard, Suite 2129, Sanford, Florida.
