Lake of the Woods – Regional Stormwater Management Facility for Seminole County Engineering Division, 100 E 1st St, Sanford, FL 32771-1302, Permit #162910-2. The project is located in Seminole County, Section 19, Township 21 South, Range 30 East. The permit authorizes a surface water management system on 1.65 acres for improving water quality flowing from existing development into Lake of the Woods. The receiving water body is Lake of the Woods.
A person whose substantial interests are or may be affected has the right to request an administrative hearing by filing a written petition with the St. Johns River Water Management District (District). Pursuant to Chapter 28-106 and Rule 40C-1.1007, Florida Administrative Code (F.A.C.), the petition must be filed (received) either by delivery at the office of the District Clerk at District Headquarters, P.O.
