The City of Lake Mary proposes to adopt the following Ordinance:

 

ORDINANCE NO. 1683

  

AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF LAKE MARY, FLORIDA AMENDING THE CITY OF LAKE MARY OFFICIAL ZONING MAP BY REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY WITHIN THE CITY OF LAKE MARY, CONSISTING OF +/- 1.16 ACRES OF PROPERTY LOCATED AT 136 9TH STREET, MORE FULLY DESCRIBED HEREIN, FROM THE PRESENT ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF A-1, AGRICULTURE TO R-1A, SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL, PURSUANT TO THE TERMS OF THE FLORIDA STATUTES; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY AND EFFECTIVE DATE.

 

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN by the Mayor and City Commission of the City of Lake Mary, Florida, that said Commission will be holding Public Hearings to review a proposed rezoning of +/-1.16 acres of property located at 136 9th Street, from A-1, Agriculture to R-1A, Single Family Residential (see location map below).  The subject property is identified by Seminole County Parcel ID number: 08-20-30-300-021A-0000.

 

The meetings will take place as outlined below:

 

•  First Reading: Thursday, May 18, 2023 at 7:00 pm

(or as soon as possible thereafter).

 

•  Second Reading: Thursday, June 1, 2023 at 7:00 pm

(or as soon as possible thereafter).

The Seminole County Port Authority hereby gives public notice that the Budget Committee will meet on Tuesday, May 9, 2023, at 12:00 p.m. in the Board Room of the Administration Building, Port of Sanford, 1510 Kastner Place, Sanford, Seminole County, Florida.
