ORDINANCE NO. 21-2215
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF LONGWOOD, FLORIDA, RELATING TO WATER AND WASTEWATER UTILITIES; AMENDING APPENDIX B – FEE SCHEDULE OF THE LONGWOOD DEVELOPMENT CODE RELATING TO FEES AND CHARGES REFERENCED IN CHAPTER 90, ARTICLE VI, SECTION 90-181 TO ADOPT REVISED WATER AND WASTEWATER UTILITY RATES AND FEES; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, CODIFICATION, SEVERABILITY AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
Said Ordinances were placed on first reading on Monday, December 20, 2021, and the City Commission will consider same for final passage and adoption after the public hearings, which will be held in the City Commission Chambers, 175 West Warren Avenue, Longwood, Florida, on Monday, the 17th day of January, A.D., 2022, 6:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as possible.
