NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS
REGARDING ADOPTION OF AN ORDINANCE
BY THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA
The City Commission of the City of Sanford, Florida, will hold public hearings at 7 PM, or as soon thereafter as practicable, in the Commission Chambers, First Floor, City Hall, 300 N. Park Avenue, Sanford, Florida, as follows:
on Monday, February 8, 2021, to consider the adoption of Ordinance No. 4587, title of which is as follows:
Ordinance No. 2021-4587
An ordinance of the City of Sanford, Florida relating to the rezoning of approximately 59.82 acres of real property located at 3280 West 1st Street (Tax Parcel Identification Numbers 22-19-30-5AD-0000-0050 and 22-19-30-5AD-0000-0280) to create the All Souls Transit Village Planned Development (PD) (map of the property attached); rezoning the property to a PD, zoning district/classification master plan; providing for approval of the All Souls Transit Village PD Master Plan; providing for the taking of implementing administrative actions; providing for conflicts; providing for severability; providing for non-codification and providing for an effective date.
A copy of the Ordinance shall be available at the office of the City Clerk for all persons desiring to examine the same.
All parties in interest and citizens shall have an opportunity to be heard at said hearings.
