NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN by the Mayor and City Commission of the City of Lake Mary, Florida, that said Commission will be holding a Public Hearing on Thursday, February 2, 2023 at 7:00 pm (or as soon as possible thereafter) to consider a Conditional Use request for a +/- 1,750 sq. ft. Pharmacy, located at 731 Stirling Center Pl., Suite 1901. The subject property has Seminole County Parcel ID number: 06-20-30-521-0000-1050. (Location map below).

AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF LAKE MARY, FLORIDA, AMENDING THE NEW CENTURY PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT TO ALLOW FOR AN UPDATE OF THE SIGN PLAN FOR PARCEL 1; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY AND EFFECTIVE DATE.
