REQUEST FOR QUALIFICAT​IONS

 

The District Board of Trustees (“Board”) of Seminole State College of Florida (“College”) located at 100 Weldon Boulevard, Sanford, Florida 32773, in accordance with Florida Statute 287.055 is accepting sealed qualificat​ions (“Statement of Qualificat​ions”) in response to this Request for Qualificat​ions (“RFQ”) for Progressive Design-Build Services for a new Workforce Building on the Altamonte Springs Campus from interested firms.

 

The College will award a contract for Progressive Design-Build services. The services are further described on the Scope of Work page of the RFQ. The size, scope and complexity of the project under this contract will be based upon specific requirements as determined by the College.

 

There will be a one-time, mandatory, pre-submit​tal meeting and walk-through with prospective individuals and/or Firms (collectiv​ely the “Firms”) representing their own businesses held on Monday February 19, 2024 at 10:00 a.m.    EST. The meeting will be held in Building A, Room 425 on the Altamonte Springs Campus, 850 South SR 434, Altamonte Springs, Florida 32714.Those Firms present must be representing their own  business.

 

Requests for Qualificat​ions (RFQ’s) are available through the College's solicitation portal BidNet at:

The College will determine which shortlisted Firm will be presented to the Board of Trustees at their regularly scheduled meeting on Monday, May 20, 2024    beginning at 2:00 p.m.
