Notice is given that the following permit was issued on December 13, 2021:
Seminole County Public Works - 100 E 1st Street, Sanford, FL 32771 Permit # 83400-2.
The project is located in Seminole County, Section 14 & 15, Township 20S South, Range 30 East. The permit authorizes a sources water management system on 4.62 acres for the project known as Seminole County Criminal Justice Center – Annex. The receiving water body is Lake Jesup.
A person whose substantial interests are or may be affected has the right to request an administrative hearing by filing a written petition with the St. Johns River Water Management District (District). Pursuant to Chapter 28-106 and Rule 40C-1.1007, Florida Administrative Code (F.A.C), the petition must be filed (received) either by delivery at the office of the District Clerk at District Headquarters, P.O. The City Commission of the City of Sanford has appointed a Redistricting Committee to consider the redistricting of City Commission districts based upon City population changes which have arisen as a result of the Year 2020 Decennial Census.
The Committee will hold 2 public meetings at 6:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as practicable, in the Commission Chambers, First Floor, City Hall, 300 North Park Avenue, Sanford, Florida, on the following dates:

§ on Wednesday, January 5, 2022.
