Notice of Amendments to the City of Sanford Comprehensive Plan
The City of Sanford proposes to amend the Future Land Use Map of the Comprehensive Plan.
Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held by the City of Sanford Planning and Zoning Commission, acting as the City of Sanford Local Planning Agency, in the City Commission Chambers, City Hall, Sanford, Florida at 10 AM on Thursday, September 3, 2020 to consider amendments to the Comprehensive Plan including the Future Land Use Map within the areas depicted in the below map:
It is anticipated that the Sanford City Commission will consider this matter at a public hearing on Monday, September 28, 2020 in the City Commission Chambers, City Hall, Sanford, Florida, at 7 PM. Interested parties may appear at the meeting and be heard regarding the transmittal of the proposed plan amendment to the City Commission.
Interested persons may submit written comments. The proposed amendments to the Future Land Use Plan Map of the Comprehensive Plan can be inspected by the public at the Department of Planning and Development Services, Second Floor, Sanford City Hall, 300 N. Park Avenue, Sanford, Florida.
