This meeting is free and open to the public. The meeting will be held on Friday, September 13th, 2019 from 1:00pm to 4:00pm at the Seminole County Commission Chambers, 1101 E. The City Commission of the City of Sanford, Florida, will hold public hearings at 7 PM, or as soon thereafter as practicable, in the Commission Chambers, First Floor, City Hall, 300 N. Park Avenue, Sanford, Florida, as follows:

An Ordinance of the City of Sanford, Florida amending the City of Sanford Comprehensive Plan, as previously amended; providing for amendment of the Future Land Use Map of the Future Land Use Element of the City of Sanford Comprehensive Plan relative to certain real property, approximately 5.21 acres (Tax Parcel Identification Number 04-20-30-501-0000-0010), addressed as 430 Lake Boulevard, and described in this Ordinance from PRO, Parks, Recreation and Open Space, to LDR-SF, Low Density Residential Single Family; providing for legislative findings and intent; providing for assignment of the land use designation for the property; providing for severability; providing for ratification of prior acts of the City; providing for conflicts; providing for codification and directions to the Code codifier and providing for an effective date.
