NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN by the City of Longwood, Florida, that the City Commission will hold a public hearing to consider enactment of the following Ordinance:
ORDINANCE NO. 20-2186
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF LONGWOOD, FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING THE CONVEYANCE OF A WIRELESS COMMUNICATION EASEMENT AND ASSIGNMENT OF A LEASE AGREEMENT TO TPA IV, LLC AND AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION AND DELIVERY OF RELATED DOCUMENTS; AND PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
Said Ordinance was placed on first reading on Monday, August 3, 2020, and the City Commission will consider same for final passage and adoption after the public hearing, which will be held in the City Commission Chambers, 175 West Warren Avenue, Longwood, Florida, on Monday, the 24th day of August, A.D., 2020, 6:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as possible. At the meeting, interested parties may appear and be heard concerning the proposed Ordinance. This hearing may be continued from time to time until the City Commission takes final action.
