(0.17 ACRES) +/- FOR PARCEL NUMBER 06-21-30-508-0000-0630 PURSUANT TO THE REQUIREMENTS OF CHAPTER 171, FLORIDA STATUTES; AND PROVIDING FOR THE SUBJECT PROPERTY TO BE SUBJECT TO TAXATION AND REGULATION BY THE CITY EXCEPT FOR LAND DEVELOPMENT AND BUILDING CODES UNTIL THE CITY’S COMPREHENSIVE PLAN IS AMENDED PURSUANT TO THE REQUIREMENTS OF CHAPTER 163.3184 AND 163.3187, FLORIDA STATUTES; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY, AND EFFECTIVE DATE.
A copy of the proposed application for Annexation will be available for review at the Community Development Department from 8:30 A.M. to 4:00 P.M., Monday through Friday. The office is located at 174 W. Church Avenue, Longwood, Florida, or you may call the office at 407-260-3462.
At this meeting, interested parties may appear and be heard with respect to the request. This hearing may be continued from time to time until the final action is complete.
