She was born November 18, 1914 in Quebec, Canada and was a seamstress in the garment industry.

Tony Gilchrist, 54, of Sanford, died October 24, 2008 at his home in Sanford.
He was born January 24, 1954 in Sanford and was an accomplished trumpet player. He was also a mechanic and a Veteran of the U.S. Navy.
He is survived by his wife of 30 years, Diane A. Gilchrist; daughter, Tina Williams, of Sanford; son, Michael Anthony Gilchrist, of California; niece, Coya Canty, of Sanford; mother, Helen Lawrence, of Sanford; brothers, Mikel Gilchrist, of Sanford, Henry Gilchrist, of Savannah, Ga, Dennis, Eldred, and Eric Lawrence, all of Sanford; sisters, Linda Davis, of Debary, Helen Gilchrist, Loretta (Vincent) Paige, Gail and Star Lawrence, all of Sanford, and Tammy (Donald) Major, of Deltona; mother-in-law, Margaret Alloway, of Sanford; sisters-in-law, Benita Davis, of Sanford and Linda Brown, of Orlando; and grandchildren, Jaderia and Jadarrius Bryant, both of Sanford.
Funeral services will be held Saturday at 2:30 p.m. at Calvary Temple of Praise in Sanford with Pastor Paul P. Wright officiating.

Kathleen O. Pezold, 82, of Sanford, died October 28, 2008 in Sanford.
She was born October 23, 1926 in Culpepper, Va, and was a member of Nativity Catholic Church.
She is survived by her husband, Ralph Pezold, of Sanford; son, John (Tracy) Pezold, of Debary; daughter, Kathy (Frank) Roche, of Deltona; and five grandchildren.
Graveside services will be held on Monday at Oaklawn Park Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Hospice of the Comforter, 480 West Central Pkwy., Altamonte Springs, Fla, 32714.
