He was born on March 13, 1958 in Brooklyn, NY. Mr. Woodall was a paver operator for 15 years and worked construction. He was also employed as a head chef/cook. D’Wayne was a life long resident of both Dade City and Sanford. His parents, Julius “Payne” Woodall and Mildred B. Smith-Woodall, and his younger brother, Bryon Woodall preceded him in death.
His son, D’Wayne H. Woodall, Jr., Orlando, FL, daughter; Tonia Woodall-Williams, (James), Sanford; sister, LaDawn Woodall, Sanford; Grandmother, Edvena Fielder, Sanford; Step-daughter, Alisha Carter, Orlando; Nieces, Denise Parker, Sanford, Kim Parker, Orlando, and Tearra Parker, Hodgesville, KY; Nephew, James Parker, Jr., Orlando; Cousin (Devoted), Mrs. Miriam Brown, Sanford; Close Family Friend, Mr. Aaron T. Williams, Sanford; Devoted Friends, Ms. Eddie J Carr and family, Dade City, and Mrs. Kathy Stuckey, Orlando; 10 Grandchildren and a host of Aunts, Uncles, 2 Great-Nephews, Cousins, and many other sorrowing friends survive him.

Funeral services will be held in Dade City on June 23 between 4 to 6 p.m. Viewing is at 3 to 4 p.m.
