He was born April 7, 1965 in Titusville, Fla. and worked with his family house moving business. He was a member of the First Baptist Church and B.O.P. Elks #1241.
He is survived by his wife, Gigi Youngblood; daughter, Amy Youngblood; father, Tom Youngblood; mother, Elizabeth Stumpf; and brother, Randy (Cherise) Youngblood.
Visitation for Tandy will be Saturday, June 23 from noon until 2 p.m. at the Oaklawn Chapel of Baldwin Fairchild Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be Saturday, June 23 at 2 p.m. at the Oaklawn Chapel. Interment will follow at Oaklawn Park Cemetery.
