She was born on October 27, 1933 in Bellville, Hamilton County. She was a Baptist and at an early age she was a member of Ward Chapel African Methodist Episcopal Church, Winter Park. She was also a homemaker.
She is survived by her children, Mark Williams, Rose D. Davis, Patty Bell (Frank), Tyrone Owens, Danny Owens, Helen Singleton, Craig Singleton, and Dwight Singleton (Elsa) and a host of grandchildren and great-grands.
A Homegoing Celebration will be held on Sunday at 3 p.m. at Reddick Memorial First Born Church of the Living God in Sanford, with Bishop J.J. Ligon, officiating.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Brethren Reaching Out Ministry, P.O. Box 465, Sanford, Florida 32772.
