He was born May 13, 1954 in Kissimmee. He moved from Sanford to Oveido in 1996. He was an entrepreneur. He was a Protestant and an Honorary Member of the Disabled Veterans Auxiliary.
He is survived by his father, Glen Scott; mother, Sarah Scott; daughters, Michelle Baillargeon, Melinda Pasag and Katie Scott; brother, Leland Scott; sisters, Shelly Rogers and Marilyn Viles; and four grandchildren.
