Mr. Wilson was born March 30, 1937 in Miami, the son of the late John & Mattie Lee Wilson. Ron was a United States Navy Retiree. He was a member of the Sanford Masonic Lodge # 62, a member of the Gorotto, and also a member of the Shriners.
He is survived by his ex-wife Dorothy "Dottie" Fightmaster, his children Jed R. (Lynn) Wilson of Deltona, Lisa DeLoach, and Roxie (Bryan) Hillis-Lance both of Winter Springs. Ron is also survived by his sisters Wanda Bruce of Lake City, Fl., Joyce Cravey of Jessup, Ga., Patricia Adkinson, Rebecca of Ga., sister-in-law Cheryl Wilson, 8 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren, and several nieces & nephews.
Friends are invited to the Westview Baptist Church, Friday, from noon to 2 p.m. Funeral Services will follow at 2 p.m. at the church.
Gramkow Funeral Home, Sanford, is in charge of all arrangements.
