She was born July 11, 1959 in Ocilla, Ga. She attended Irwin County Public Schools, in Ocilla, Ga. She moved to Sanford more than 25 years ago from Ocilla.
She is survived by her by a devoted friend, Henry Bradshaw, Sanford; sisters, Mrs. Evelyn (Alphonso) Fuller, Mrs. Lela Mae (Johnny) Roizer, and Ms. Claudie Mae Darden.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held today (Saturday) at 3 p.m. at Christian Fellowship Baptist Church in Sanford with Pastor Calvin Donaldson, Sr., officiating.
Sunrise Funeral Home, Sanford, is in charge of all arrangements.
