The former Seminole High School building at 1700 S. French Ave. was designed by Sanford architect Elton J. Moughton. Construction of the school was completed on Jan. 1, 1927, but the building was demolished in August 1991 to make way for Sanford Middle School. Some of the facade decorations were placed on the front of the new school. If you have any more information about this photo, the Sanford Museum staff would love to hear from you at 407-688-5198.
