Hope and Help, a non-profit working to eliminate the spread of HIV/AIDS, is holding its annual “Walk on the Wild Side” Sanford Stroll fundraiser on March 27.

The group is currently looking for sponsors, team captains and walkers to participate in the event and help raise funds. The stroll takes place at the Central Florida Zoo & Botanical Gardens from 8 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.

Participants can walk as individuals or as part of a team.

Information on how to register, start a team or become a sponsor can be found at hopeandhelp.org.

Last year the event raised more than $16,000 for the organization. This year they hope to raise even more and have more than 500 walkers participate.

Those who participate will enjoy food, drink and prizes and free admission to the zoo that morning.
