Joseph H. Monett, Jr., 73, passed away on Dec. 1, 2009 in Altamonte Springs. He was born on Oct. 28, 1936 in Columbus, Ohio. He is survived by his wife Betty Monett of Sanford; daughters Leona Jones of Sanford, Stephanie Monett of Osteen; sister Mary E. Clapp of New Smyrna; and 5 grandchildren.
HELEN EVELYNE MORRIS
Helen Evelyne Morris, 80, passed away at her home on Dec. 2, 2009.
Born March 4, 1929 in Poynette, WI, she moved to Sanford from Silver Springs, MD in 1954. She was a homemaker, a secretary for the Washington Post and a medical transcriptionist.
Married in 1950, her husband, Paul E. Morris passed away January 19, 2001. She is survived by her children; Kathleen (Dennis D.) Wall, Jennifer L. Bass and William Morris; grandchildren; Justin & Brianna Wall, Angela, Keri and James Bass; a brother Robert Milo (Lorna) Hutchinson.
A memorial service will be held Dec. 15 at 2 p.m. at the Brisson Funeral Home Chapel.
SHARILYN JEANNE PUDINA
Sharilyn Jeanne Pudina, age 69, passed away peacefully on Nov. 26 2009. Born on Jan. 19, 1940 in Rock Springs Wyoming to Evrette and Martha Hines, Sharilyn worked in the clerical field.
She is predeceased by her husband, Richard Pudina. Survivors include her children: Karen Gordon and husband Gary, and Eric Ryan and wife Linda; grandson Garrett Gordon; brother Jim Hines and wife Hilda, sister Linda Langford and husband Perry, brother Ronnie Hines and wife Kathy, brother Kenneth Hines; and several nieces and nephews.
