The Bayer Dream Fund will present the story of “Living Well with Diabetes” on Nov. 15 at Seminole High School, 2701 Ridgewood Ave., Sanford. The story teaches how to learn, love and live with the disease millions of Americans, especially African Americans, live with daily.

The community is invited to a display and seminar at 6 p.m. and the production at 7 p.m. Experience this informative and entertaining live stage performance of one woman’s journey through her family’s history, which enables her to deal with a diabetes diagnosis. Her Aunt Bessie leads her back in time and shares the triumphs of her ancestors who learned to love each other and live well with diabetes.

This live play was written, directed and features Dr. Wendy R. Coleman, associated professor of speech and theater at Albany State University in Georgia. She is director of the ASU Theatre Ensemble and the Anointed ASU Gospel Choir, and is assistant pastor at First Monumental Faith Baptist Church. St. John Missionary Baptist Church, 920 Cyress Ave., will observe the third anniversary of the Rev. and Mrs. Ronald Critton. Services will be 7 p.m. today under the direction of the Rev. Victor Blair and Fountain Head Missionary Baptist Church of Oviedo. At 11 a.m. Sunday, Rev. Reliford will deliver the morning message. The anniversary service at 4 p.m. will be conducted by Macedonia Missionary Baptist Church, with the Rev. W. C. Barnes and congregation in charge. Services will be held at Seminole High School.
