Beautiful art is waiting for you at the Lake Mary Historical Museum. The Local Artist Exhibit, which runs through Sept. 12, features art from the Art Studio of Lake Mary. The artists are students of all ages. Featured in the exhibit are paintings, drawings, ceramics and paper mache.

The studio participated in the Empty Bowls Project for the Second Harvest Food Bank. Some of the bowls made for the project are on display. Each bowl is a whimsical and unique reflection of the artist.

The Lake Mary Historical Museum is located at 158 N. Country Club Rd. in Lake Mary. Hours are Thursdays from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. and Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Tours can be arranged during off hours by calling 407-585-1481 or e-mailing info@lakemaryhistory.org.
