Fusion Fitness Pilates and Personal Training of Lake Mary will sponsor a "Yes You Can!" health and wellness event for the community on April 24 from 11 a.m. until 2 p.m.
The free event is open to the community and will feature educational workshops and demonstrations every 15 minutes. Fusion Fitness is located at 1061 South Sun Drive, Suite 1049 in Lake Mary.
