St. Cloud won the team title, with five individual champions pushing the Bulldogs past Edgewater, 179.5-to-164.
The Eagles had seven wrestlers place in the top four as they nipped Olympia, with 162.5 points, for the runner-up spot. The Titans sent five wrestlers to the final, with three being crowned champions of their divisions.
Timber Creek scored 149 points to edge Winter Springs (143) for fourth.
The Bears had individual champions in Dwayne Tolleson and Daniel Rivera, with JJ Morgan finishing third, and Tim Lancaster, Kevin Dietrick, Ian Murphy, Robbie Lucero and Brandon Bonham finishing fourth in the wrestle backs.
Despite still missing five starters from its line-up, Winter Springs had several young Bears step up to wrestle tough and score points for the team.
In his first varsity start, sophomore Morgan Beveridge nearly placed while beating several tough opponents and looks to lock down the 114-pound weight class starting position for the remainder of the season. Brandon Lyons and Nathan Roozrokh also contributed to the Bears¹ effort.
"We received encouraging news this week regarding our injured starters," said Winter Springs coach Rick Tribit. "We look forward to their return in the next couple of weeks. We need to continue to build on our momentum and gel as a team as they return and we prepare for the post-season run."
The host Rams were the only other local team to place in the Top 10, finishing seventh with 87 points. Lake Brantley (49 points) was 11th, Seminole (40) 12th and Lyman (39) 13th, with Lake Howell (26) rounding out the Seminole Athletic Conference entries with a 15th place finish.
In addition to Rivera and Tolleson, the SAC had five others finish as individual runners-up.
Lake Mary's Sifakis and Boffeli were second at 119- and 152 pounds, respectively, Lake Howell's Gavarette was the runner-up at 130, Lake Brantley's Vanvalkenburg lost to the Bears' Rivera in the finals at 160 pounds and Lyman's David Muniz was second at 215 pounds.
