She was born in Sanford and was a homemaker.
She is survived by her husband, James Horn, Sr. of Sanford; mother, Estella Williams of Sanford; father, Wilbert Williams, Sr. of Sanford; son, James Williams of Miami; brothers, Johnathan Williams of Indian Town, Larry Williams of Daytona Beach, and Terry Williams, Sr. of Lake Okeechobee; sisters, Shirley Ann Williams and Estella Angela Williams, both of Sanford.
Visitation will be held Friday from 5 to 7 p.m. at Wilson-Eichelberger Mortuary in Sanford. Funeral services will be held Saturday at 11 a.m. at St. Matthew Missionary Baptist Church with Rev. Leonard L.J. Wilson officiating.
