Born in Miami on July 10, 1956 to Sam Parrott Jr. and Freda Southall. Deborah enjoyed life and family and friends, especially if there was cake around to share with them.
She is survived by her husband George W. Smith; son: Paul Stafflebag; daughters: Tabatha Johnson, and Summer Moore; mother: Freda; and three grandchildren. There will be a gathering at the Gramkow Chapel from 3 to 5 p.m. for family and friends on Wednesday, July 18 with services to be at 4 p.m.
