Battery

• Police arrested a 23-year-old woman Friday after they said she struck a woman in the face several times.

Sonja Latia Stafford was charged with domestic violence battery and taken to the Seminole County jail.

• Police arrested a 23-year-old man Friday after they said he struck a woman and a grabbed a police officer.

Police said the man would not comply with police and grabbed an officer as they attempted to arrest him.

Nicholas Bravo-Vasquez was charged with domestic violence battery, battery on a law enforcement officer and resisting an officer without violence. He was taken to the Seminole County jail.

• Police arrested a 27-year-old Orange City woman Oct. 13 after they said she struck a man in the face.

Bridget J. Morgans, of Saxon Trace Way, was charged with domestic violence battery and taken to the Seminole County jail.

• Police arrested a 18-year-old Sanford man Friday after they said he hit his brother during an argument.

Jovan Emile Sullivan, of Placid Woods Court, was charged with domestic violence battery and taken to the Seminole County jail.

Simple assault

• Police arrested a 46-year-old man Sunday after they said he struck and threatened a woman he lived with.

Timothy Gologram was charged with simple assault and taken to the Seminole County jail.

Burglary

• Police arrested a 50-year-old woman and 53-year-old man, both of Sanford, on Monday after they said the two entered a vacant home on Pecan Avenue and took items.

Police said a man on the street reported the two people in the home and when they arrived the two had items in a cart and the door to the home appeared to be pried open.

Linda Hicks and Myron Devon Tookes, both of W. 8th Street, were charged with burglary and larceny. Both were taken to the Seminole County jail.

Property damage

• Police arrested a 24-year-old Sanford woman Sunday after they said she threw a brick through the window of a home on W. 7th Street.

Police said the woman had been trespassed from the residence the day before however the owner of the home said she returned and threw a brick through the window.

Amy Dean Stubblefield, of W. 5th Street, was charged with property damage and weapon offense missile into a dwelling. She was taken to the Seminole County jail.

• Police arrested a 21-year-old Sanford woman Friday after they said she broke a window of a home on W. 16th Street.

Police said the woman used a pole to break the window. She was also trespassed from the property.

Ingram Diamond, of W. 5th Street, was charged with property damage and trespassing. She was taken to the Seminole County jail.

Larceny

• Police arrested a 18-year-old Lake Mary man Sunday after they said he attempted to steal a jacket from Walmart on Rinehart Road.

Ryan Alan Finnell, of Night Breeze Lane, was charged with larceny and taken to the Seminole County jail.

• Police arrested a 54-year-old Sanford man Thursday after they said he attempted to steal four cartons of cigarettes from Winn Dixie on S. French Avenue.

Police said when they searched the man they also found a pipe on his person.

Baron Keith Bell, of Seminole Gardens, was charged with larceny and drug equipment possession. He was taken to the Seminole County jail.

• Police arrested a 23-year-old Daytona Beach woman Monday after they said the she attempted to steal a leather jacket from Buckle in the Seminole Towne Center.

Police said when an employee of the store attempted to stop her she pushed him and eventually threw the jacket at him. Police found the woman in the Hooters restaurant near the mall.

Ericka Chan’tel Hall, of Magnolia Avenue, was charged with larceny and battery and taken to the Seminole County jail.

• Police arrested a 29-year-old Sanford woman Thursday after they said she attempted to steal various items from the Seminole Towne Center.

Shantrell Devon Herring, of W. 5th Street, was charged with larceny and taken to the Seminole County jail.

Suspended license

• Police arrested a 58-year-old Sanford man Monday after they said he was driving on 3rd Street with a suspended license.

Efigenio Vazquez, of W. 18th Street, was charged with driving with a suspended license and to the Seminole County jail.

Disorderly intoxication

• Police arrested a 24-year-old Sanford woman Sunday after they said she was intoxicated on Cypress Avenue and would not comply with police.

Police said the woman was confused and would answer their questions. Several witnesses in the area stated the woman appeared intoxicated and could not hold herself up. Police said the woman was also on probation.

Danielle Edwards, of Cypress Avenue, was charged with disorderly intoxication and violation of probation and taken to the Seminole County jail.

Loitering

• Police arrested a 22-year-old Satellite Beach man Saturday after they said he was loitering on Krider Road.

Police said a witness called in the man because he was looking into cars in the area. When police attempted to stop him he ran numerous times.

Cody Thomas Center, of Lee Avenue, was charged with loitering and resisting an officer without violence. He was taken to the Seminole County jail.

• Police arrested a 21-year-old Sanford man Oct. 17 after they said he was loitering in the backyard of a residence on W. 7th Street.

Robert Marshall Mathurin, of W. 5th Street, was charged with loitering and taken to the Seminole County jail.

Trespassing

• Police arrested a 56-year-old Sanford woman Friday after they said she was trespassing at the Walmart on S. Orlando Drive.

Gale Meintzer, homeless, was charged with trespassing and taken to the Seminole County jail.

Procurement

• Police arrested a 43-year-old Lake Mary man Thursday after they said he tried to procure prostitution from an undercover officer.

Police said the man met the undercover officer at a hotel and offered $100 in exchange for sex. The man told police, “The biggest this is, I don’t want my wife to find out.”

David Glenn Williamson, of Egrets Landing Drive, was charged with procurement for prostitution and taken to the Seminole County jail.

Shootings

• Police were called to Langston Drive and Anderson Avenue on Friday after a woman reported hearing gunshots fired in the area. Police found three bullet holes in the woman’s vehicle and two shell casings from the area.

• Police responded to 24th Street and Palmetto Avenue on Saturday after a woman reported hearing gunshots in the area. She told police she witnessed a dark four-door sedan pull into the area and heard 4 to 6 shots come from the vehicle. Police recovered one shell casing from the intersection.
