Aggravated assault

• Police arrested a 47-year-old Sanford woman Saturday after they said she threatened to shoot two men after she keyed one of their cars on Lakeside Drive.

Police said the men walked outside to move a vehicle in their driveway and caught the woman keying one of their vehicles. When they confronted they said she said, “I’m going to get my gun and kill you,” and ran back to her residence. When police arrived they said the woman was intoxicated.

Carol Denise Bergeron, of Lakeside Drive, was charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, property damage and disorderly conduct. She was taken to the Seminole County jail.

• Police arrested a 63-year-old Sanford man Saturday after they said he pointed a gun at his wife in their residence.

Willie Choice Jr., of W. 12th Street, was charged with domestic violence aggravated assault and taken to the Seminole County jail.

Burglary

• Police arrested a 21-year-old Sanford man Friday after they said he kicked in a woman’s front door on Drew Avenue, went in the home and took his child from the residence.

Police said earlier in the day the man had also removed a window screen from the home. Police said the man admitted to being at the home but could not provide any explanation for the damage.

Cornelius Rouse, of S. Elm Avenue, was charged with burglary of a dwelling and property damage. He was taken to the Seminole County jail.

DUI

• Police arrested a 19-year-old Daytona Beach woman Friday after they said she was driving on French Avenue while under the influence of drugs.

Police said the woman had crashed into a pole at 5th Street and appeared to be intoxicated when they spoke to her. Police said she failed sobriety tests, but had no alcohol in her system. Police said the woman showed signs she was under the influence of drugs but she did not admit to taking any.

Elora Marie Crumbley, of Perfect Drive, was charged with driving under the influence of drugs and taken to the Seminole County jail.

Larceny

• Police arrested a 53-year-old Sanford man Friday after they said he stole a bicycle from a residence on W. 8th Street.

A man called police because he said the bicycle belonged to his girlfriend, however he noticed a man riding the bike. When police found the man he claimed the girlfriend had sold him the bike, however the girlfriend confirmed she had never sold the bike to anyone.

Myron Devon Tookes, of Pine Avenue, was charged with larceny and taken to the Seminole County jail.

• Police arrested a 21-year-old Orlando man Sunday after they said he attempted to steal an iPhone case from Walmart on Rinehart Road.

Brannon C. Donaldson, of Montevello Drive, was charged with larceny and taken to the Seminole County jail.

• Police arrested a 41-year-old Sanford man Saturday after they said he attempted to steal six bottles of cologne from Kohls on Rinehart Road.

Carling Keitt, of Bungalow Boulevard, was charged with larceny and taken to the Seminole County jail.

• Police arrested a 26-year-old Sanford man Friday after they said he attempted to steal a pair of shoes from Bealls in the Seminole Towne Center.

Police said after searching the man they found a bag of marijuana also.

Shamar Terrell Williams, W. 3rd Street, was charged with larceny and possession of marijuana under 20 grams. He was taken to the Seminole County jail.

• Police arrested a 23-year-old Sanford woman Friday after they said she attempted to steal three candy items from 7-Eleven on S. Orlando Drive.

Amy L. Youngblood, of Pine Way, was charged with larceny and taken to the Seminole County jail.

Property damage

• Police arrested a 19-year-old Geneva man Sunday after they said he used his motorcycle helmet to break his roommate’s windshield and side mirrors.

Police said the man accused his roommate of touching his motorcycle then went outside and broke the windshield and mirrors on the roommate’s vehicle.

Rueben James Chiles, of E. Settles Loop, was charged with property damage and taken to the Seminole County jail.

Culpable negligence

• Police arrested a 61-year-old Sanford man Friday after they said he pointed a flashlight at the Seminole County Sheriff’s Office helicopter and other incoming air traffic to the Orlando Sanford International Airport.

Police said the helicopter pilots helped locate the man on 26th Street and police found him with the flashlight.

Lewis Ruffin, of Poinsetta Avenue, was charged with culpable negligence and taken to the Seminole County jail.

Loitering

• Police arrested a 40-year-old Orlando man Friday after they said he was loitering the Park Avenue Mobile Home Park asking people for money.

Police said the man also gave them false information and when they found out who he actually was it was determined he was on probation for five counts of grand theft, four counts of escape, and one count of fraudulent use of identification.

Mark Anthony Fazzina, of Lexington Avenue, was charged with loitering and use of a false identification. He was taken to the Seminole County jail.

Trespassing

• Police arrested a 45-year-old Sanford man Friday after they said he trespassed on a property on S. Orlando Drive and was in possession of an open container of alcohol.

Robert Edward Lee, homeless, was charged with trespassing and possession of an open container of alcohol. He was taken to the Seminole County jail.

• Police arrested a 20-year-old Sanford woman Monday after they said she trespassed at a residence on W. 11th Street.

Shequita E. Debose, of W. 11th Street, was charged with trespassing and taken to the Seminole County jail.

• Police arrested a 51-year-old Sanford man Saturday after they said he trespassed at a property on E. 2nd Street and was in possession of drug paraphernalia.

Gregory Dwight Johnson, homeless, was charged with trespassing and possession of drug equipment. He was taken to the Seminole County jail.
