Police said when they arrived to the home at 500 Fox Quarry Lane they found the 8-month-old unresponsive with its 2-year-old sibling in the tub also. After questioning the babysitter, police said the woman admitted to leaving the two children unattended in the tub for more than hour.
The 8-month-old was transferred to Florida Hospital South where it is now listed in critical condition.
Police charged Mariah Berry with aggravated child neglect. She is currently being held in the Seminole County jail with a $4,000 bond.
