The event at Fort Mellon Park will be filled with ongoing attractions including: motorcycle stunt shows, Spyder demo rides, bike shows, music, vendors, food and beverages.
Molly Hatchet will be performing Friday night at 9 p.m. Chris Cagle will be performing Saturday night at 7 p.m.

• Support your downtown merchants at the 1st Annual Thunder Run Scavenger Hunt on Saturday from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Register and pick up your map at Wolfy’s on Marina Island.
This will be a street party atmosphere throughout downtown with Park Avenue blocked off for safe biker parking from 1st Street to 2nd Street.
There will be music, art and entertainment and all downtown merchants are included in the hunt.

• Thursday is the Alive After 5 Oktoberfest. Alive After 5 is Sanford’s once a month downtown block party. Come out to downtown Sanford and savor the samples of food, beverage and live music. Admission is $7. Alive After Five is from 5 to 8 p.m.
